Alone
Bathtub / by Nespoli e Novara
Conceived by Nespoli e Novara Alone is a sculptural volume carved from natural stone and marble — a synthesis of structural integrity and visual weightlessness. Defined by its asymmetry and calibrated proportions, it is substantial in form, yet strikingly ethereal in appearance. An invitation to pure well-being and, a design icon.
A Play of Proportions
Alone transcends function to become an experience. Every curve, every surface expresses a balance between design and sensoriality, between architectural gesture and domestic intimacy. A silent monument devoted to time for oneself.
Its distinctive aesthetic lies in its refined asymmetry: two enveloping curves of different widths meet in a fluid, continuous embrace. The designers speak of a falling drop — surrendering to gravity, gently expanding outward in a slow, organic unfolding.
This subtle play of proportions extends to the rim itself, where the thickness swells gradually on the broader side, echoing the form’s irregular rhythm.

Immersed in Stone
With Alone, one yields to the eternal poetry of marble. The body is cradled by a stone surface so impeccably smooth it feels like a velvet alcove—an embrace of cool solidity and whispered protection.
It is NEUTRA’s mastery that brings this vision to life: a delicate equilibrium of cutting edge engineering and age old craft. From a single block, the marble is patiently subtracted—chiseled, honed, and polished—until each pure curve, calibrated thickness, and organic contour is revealed.
The outcome is both essential and sensorial—a sculptural vessel that speaks to the eye and invites the hand, where form and material converge in a serene dialogue of touch and sight.
